Refund and Returns Policy

Custom Items

Custom-sized and made-to-order bedding (sheets, pillow cases, blankets, covers) toppers, pads, and other custom-made items cannot be canceled or returned after they are made. If we craft your order in the wrong size, we will replace it free of charge with the correct size. If you provide the wrong measurements, we will not be liable for a free replacement.

Non-Custom Items

For in-stock and items which are not custom made-to-order, our refund and returns policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
